By accessing our website, creating a registered account, or purchasing our products (such as our specialty coffee beans, dip bags, or lifestyle accessories), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated here, please refrain from purchasing or using our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our business practices. Your continued use of our store signifies acceptance of updated terms.

02Account Registration & Orders

When registering for an account at Kumo Coffee, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact and shipping information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Placing an order through our checkout constitutes a binding offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Kumo Coffee. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms.

03Pricing & Payment Conditions

All prices listed on Kumo Coffee are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout prior to order finalization.

Payments are securely processed through authorized gateways (such as Razorpay). By clicking “Place Order” or completing payment, you explicitly confirm that the payment card or account being used belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it.

04Return & Refund Policy

Product Return Guarantee & Perishability Guidelines

For consumable food items (such as freshly roasted coffee beans and nitrogen-flushed dip bags), we cannot accept returns once opened or altered, or simply due to personal taste preferences. For general lifestyle merchandise or equipment, returns are accepted within 7 days provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original factory packaging.

We stand strictly behind the quality of our artisan offerings. We accept returns and provide full refunds or replacements strictly under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your product arrives with physically damaged packaging, broken seals, or manufacturing defects upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Shipment: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (for example, receiving Dip Bags instead of Whole Beans, or an incorrect accessory).
  • 7-Day Notification Window: You must contact our support team at shopkumocoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the unboxing or defect.
  • Unopened & Original Condition: For incorrect shipments or eligible merchandise returns, all product packaging and seals must remain completely intact and unaltered.

Once verified and approved by our quality team, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card) within 5–7 business days.

05Shipping & Delivery

We partner with reliable logistics providers (via Shiprocket) to ensure swift delivery across India. While we strive to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, delivery timelines may vary due to external carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or regional holidays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon verified courier delivery.
