KUMO COFFEE
From the estate
to your cup.
We found a roasting partner in the heart of India whose standards match our own: a true medium roast, meticulous sourcing, and coffee that scales beautifully from pour-over to espresso. Their craft, brought to your doorstep by Kumo.
Every coffee we bring you starts at an estate our roasting partners know intimately. It is shade-grown, high-altitude, and maintained to exacting standards. Their work begins long before ours.
Aged in whiskey barrels.
Roasted to a true medium.

The barrels are first conditioned in premium whiskey for thirty days, absorbing deep, rich character into the American oak. Once seasoned and emptied, they're filled with single-origin, naturally processed beans from Ratnagiri Estate. The coffee rests here for forty-five days, drawing out sweet molasses notes and layered complexity.
The result is a coffee that carries the depth of barrel aging without losing the clarity of its origin, all held together by a roast profile calibrated for versatility.
